Order Dispatch

After your order is confirmed, it will be dispatched within 24 hours.

Delivery Time

• Other Areas of Pakistan: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, or courier service delays.

Shipping Charges

A flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 is applicable on all orders across Pakistan.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking details so you can track your parcel.

Failed Delivery

If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect address, the recipient being unavailable, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. Our support team will contact you to arrange a re-delivery if applicable.
