At Azil Studio, we want you to shop with confidence. That's why we offer an Open Parcel Before Payment facility on eligible Cash on Delivery orders.

How It Works

When your parcel arrives, you can open and check your parcel in front of the delivery rider before making payment.

1. Receive your parcel from the delivery rider.
2. Open the parcel before payment and check the received article.
3. If you are satisfied with your order, you can accept the parcel and make the payment to the rider.
4. If you are not satisfied with the order, you can refuse the parcel and return it to the rider immediately without making payment.
