    1. Overview

    We value customer satisfaction and transparency.
    Our policy is simple — we do not accept returns once the parcel is accepted, but we do offer exchanges under specific conditions.
    We also provide an Allow to Open Policy, meaning you can check your parcel before payment at the time of delivery.


    2. Return Policy

    • We do not accept returns or refunds after the parcel has been received and accepted by the customer.

    • Please ensure you check your parcel at the time of delivery before accepting it.

    • Once the parcel is accepted, it is considered final sale (no returns).


    3. Allow to Open Policy

    • At the time of delivery, you are allowed to open your parcel before completing the payment (for COD orders).

    • You can check your product condition, color, size, and correctness.

    • If the product is damaged or wrong, please inform the delivery agent immediately and do not accept the parcel.

    • Once accepted, the parcel will be non-returnable, but you may still be eligible for an exchange (see below).


    4. Exchange Policy

    We offer exchanges in the following cases:

    • You received a wrong or defective product.

    • You want a size exchange, and the requested size is available in stock.

    Conditions for exchange:

    1. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.

    2. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

    3. Customers are responsible for delivery/shipping charges for the exchange.


    5. Refund Policy

    • We do not issue refunds for accepted orders.

    • Refunds will only be considered if the item received is damaged or completely incorrect, and the customer refused the parcel at delivery time.

    7. Important Notes

    • All orders are final after acceptance.
